Ca storm

Weather is kinda ugly today. Rain and winds at about 50 mph. Running on a generator that won't run the well. Roof of my shop is barely holding the solar panels for my swimming pool. The pool that is a safe haven for the lawn furniture that now resides in it. https://www.yenko.net/attachments/309400-P1010009.JPG

Usually that storm waits until Auction week so Westworld becomes a mud pit.

I just flew from Seattle to Burbank and back to Seattle and the winds at Sacramento, Oakland, and San Francisco airports were all southwesterly at about 40 gusting to 60 knots. We were glad we were going to Burbank where the wind was light and variable. Ride was lousy until we got up to 39,000 southbound and 40,000 northbound.

Lost my weeping willow on my little island. You can still see it standing in a earlier pic from today. Storm has subsided. https://www.yenko.net/attachments/309462-P1010002-1.JPG

They were just saying that the next storm is even stronger with low pressure like a Hurricane! Good luck out there guys. Those fire ravaged areas are gonna turn into mudslide areas with this much rain.

Thats a nasty storm and hopefully it will be the end of it and repairs can be completed.

Not fun, we went through 65-70 MPH winds a few weeks ago and some folks are just now getting their power back. Our phones at work are still out from them

Next to the Iowa caucus results,it's on every major/independent network.

Charley since you've lived there, have you ever seen it this bad?..Don't you have a stable of horses near that rooted island willow tree too?

Horses are fine. Not even raining right now. Just getting sick of listening to my 500.00 Coleman generator.... We have had alot more rain than this but the winds were some of the worst I have seen. This is nothing compared to the Hurricanes etc that happen to others.
