Hi everyone,
I am Rocky Hepfner, the owner of "Rocky's Rocket." Thank you for responding to my friend Dave's request for another SS 427 Camaro (As talked about here ). I would really like to speak with the other gentlemen with the Red 68' Baldwin Motion Camaro. I will providing a little bit more history of my car and uploading some pictures when I have a little more time to sit down and type; it's been a task in itself figuring out how to get on this website! I have seen the controversy that my Camaro started a year or so ago, but now I am here and willing to talk.

I was outbid. I figured it was worth the current bid, I guess I'm wrong? It needs a frame off. The paper looks great and Joel's signature is worth the peace of mind!

Had I known I was up against the Yenko.net Motion team I would have saved my bidding budget for the last minute of the auction... ha! Good luck guys, the current bid was my idea of the value of the car. Maybe the owner is fishing? I think he has great price as is.

Safe to assume an off-eBay deal was/is underway? Don't think I'd want to buy such a car out in the open like that because then everyone knows what you paid.

I see you've deleted your post and I'm sorry if noting the VIN and CE# offended you but please understand nothing malices was intended nor do I have doubts to the authenticity of the car..

The exact opposite actually as noting these #'s is for future reference and simply a tool we use here to make it possible to find threads of specific cars if searching at a later date..

The 'REAL, real' thing is in reference to how I like the REAL as in genuine cars as opposed to cars that are often claimed to be real but are not..

As we all know Rockys car sold about 6months ago.I offered the original Joel Rosen letter to the guy and the NICB report
and is not interested in purchasing them,just dropping a note so if the car comes up for sale in the future all will know where the documentation is.

Drove that car last summer. What a monster!! Hope the new owner will continue driving/enjoying the car.

Surprised the guy agreed to buy the car without all the paperwork. I had a 68 RS BM SS427 Camaro. Fully documented with the original BM invoice. Original owner still around. Neat car.

Tarrytown SS427 when and where did you drive the car?I spent all
summer driving it when ever i wanted and dont know you?Did you drive it when Rock owned it?If so where do you live/
