Car Craft Nationals in Mpls
Just got home a few hours ago. Turned out to be a great day, beautiful weather. I planned on only being there for 3 hours and it turned into 6. Ran into Earl, found Wes's car (I think), Kent and Tommy Mathison's car (Didn't know which guys were you though) not to mention several others. There was definitely something for everyone there. I was told that the original 2 Lane Blacktop car was there but could not find him. Completely restored by the original builder of the car. Ken, if you look closely at that black Camaro, it is peppered with rubber in the right front corner. You can also see a lot of it on the ground. The hood was covered in those little blackish grey stones that are used in blacktopping as well as rubber fragments. It was quite an interesting situation once the cops got there. I think there was four of them there.
Sam, I am sorry but I did not stop long enough to get the information off the Dick Landy car. I was disappointed his hood was not open as well. |

Rick, i'm disappointed you didnt stop in for a beer!! J/K. you must of walked right by my Roush as i was wedged in between the Porsche and the Econoline. The Pro Mod with the Tiger on the hood was right behind me and one sick ride!
