Re: LS-6 Resto
The only things I didn't do was paint the car, rebuild motor, rearend, and tranny.
I did all the detailing of frame, suspension, and motor. All that is left is the interior, glass, and bumpers. The bumpers should be back from Keystone in MN at the end of June. I am working on the front seats and headliner next! Thanks! John |

Re: LS-6 Resto
Looks great! What did you use to strip the firewall so that the original crayon markings were still legible?

Re: LS-6 Resto
The body had to be acid dipped because the surface rust was every where.
The day I went to check on the progress of my body I found my car outside on the side of the building and the business was closed. I wasn't a happy camper!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did ream out the owner for leaving it outside, because I told him anybody could have stolen the body. Positive side of this story I was lucky to have a camara with me to get photos of firewall markings!!!!!! |
