Hydraulic floor jack

I know there was a thread on this somewhere--but any of you fellas use a certain portable compact hydraulic car floor jack, that would be good in close quarters , you were happy with..........Thanks...........Joe

Re: Hydraulic floor jack

I'm also very interested in one and I'd like to add the following needs:

quick rise with fewer pumps (maybe I need viagra)
does not leak oil

Your insight is appreciated.

Re: Hydraulic floor jack

Same answer, Fred! I think the Craftsman will go all the way up in 3 strokes...but usually it just takes part of one stroke to reach whatever you're wanting to lift, and once it feels the pressure it acts like a normal jack. It's slim enough I could actually get it under our late model Camaros, and it's light enough you can simply pick it up by the side handle or the end handle and take it where ever...thing rolls a gajillion times easier than our other floor jacks also, 'cause it's got 2 caster wheels on the handle end but 1 long roller on the lifting end.

One of the best tools in our shop...
