Pavillions 120906!

We went to Pavillions for a few hours today...then we were off to a "Car Guy and Family" Christmas party (Denis, remind me to introduce you to Dave O.) We had an awesome time at Dave's tonight...his family was wonderful...and we were able to visit with the majority of the people that we "hang with" at Pavillions. Bruce, the big Caddy is a '58, and I believe the Catalina is a '61.

Why somebody would put a small block in a Porche is a mystery to me. Why change the front/rear balance when the original motor was strong enough to beat any Chevy at the top end, which is what the car was engineered for. I don't think that adding weight to the rear end when the motor is behing the rear axle would improve quarter mile times. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

Thanks Bruce! THat S. Green W30 is one of my favorite 442s in the valley. Talk about an example of opposite ends of the continuum. Great shots Bruce! You teased us a little on the black 442, there was a "for sale" sign on the front seat but you can't see the phone number or price.....it would be a nice christmas present for somebody!
