Albert, Can you say something about the process of hanging, shimming, fitting the front sheetmetal....and what steps you took to avoid paint damage.
Thanks |

Thanks [/ QUOTE ] Chuck, I use lots of tape, paint sticks more tape, patience, and lots of hands..really is a gruelling procedure as one slip can really set you back..hardest part is getting some of the tape back off!!!. Re: More COPO Progress
Looks fantastic! Looks like you really went the extra mile to achieve correctness on the various finishes.

Re: More COPO Progress
Magic work Albert....very inspiring too! . On the removable tape thing, always keep some cheap brand tape around and let it age so the stickyness gets weak....not the good 3M type stuff on paint surfaces unless a color break or stripe edge. . Sticking the tape to clean glass or something else first and peeling it on and off a couple times can get rid of some of the stickyness too. ~ Pete

I run the tape over my pants first to puit a little lint on it!!! learned that one the hard way!!!..(not this car) |
