Not sure yet,Im not a big fan of clones but since there is only one, over the weekend I was staring at the pictures I have of the real 68 Z/28 convertible and was thinking of making one, hardest part before was the dual quad setup but since you can get the reproduction for 3 grand it may not be such a impossibillity, so now I need a 68 ragtop, rs-ss, 4speed to make the transition a little easier. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...ins/tongue.gif

I will keep my eyes open for a 68 SS/RS vert Sam. I come across some now and again.

Sam, If I remember correctly, the 68 Z-28 convertible actually had a single carb with the crossram air cleaner. I'm sure someone here will correct me if I'm wrong.

James..Last summer I was at Als house. The 68 had the crossram on it then. I have some pictures of it, along with the BY 67 he has.

My understanding is after he had it restored this last time he had the single 4bbl put back on like it was way back when. In the auction pics from the last auction catalogs you can see it is a single 4bbl with a crossram air cleaner.
