Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
@250,000 Spread? I prefer a 70
|
Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
but to be compleatly honest, I consider either, Just Love that car!
Missed a green 69 small block car, mostly original, needing resto. 2 mos ago on ebay in NY, I was a day late and a dollor, well you know the deal. bidding stopped @ 40K |
Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
Be patient. Deuces come up for sale from time to time. It took me two years to find the right one.
|
Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
I think the car your talking about is Bobby G's new car!
I like Dueces too! Good Luck! |

Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
Mine was not in New York...

Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
Was it Yours?
|
Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
No it wasn't...but it is now !
|
Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
I would be curious to see what a nice Deuce would bring if it were PUBLICLY for sale. The ones that have been sold recently (besides Mr. Hassetts Orange Deuce) have been private sales.
Any thoughts fellas? |
Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
Not much with guys like you and Belair representing them....
|
Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
I bought two last week for $15K under what you paid for yours, Frank. But....I like ya, and I'm willin' to pay you what you bought yours for...even $5K over! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif and you can make it as public as you want... https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
No '69 Yenko Novas with small blocks. The majority of deuces sell via word of mouth, and quickly. The best thing to do is to get educated so that when one becomes available you will know if it's the right car for you.

Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
Thanks, I'll take the 4 speed! Please do not release any info to Frank.

Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
It didn't sell on E Bay...

Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
uhhh no charlie........not exactly what I was trying to say....
I was not even thinking of Bobs car. Even if I was Bobs car was not restored or correct at that time. That is about to change. I still can not wait to see the finished product! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/cool.gif When I say "Nice" I meant a correctly restored or super nice original car that is for sale publicly and not sold "behind the scenes". Maybe a poor choice of words when I wrote "nice". Do not want to upset anyone...... |
Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
I know what you meant, just pulling Belair's chain. I suspect a restored duece would trade in the $80-$100 range today. The ones needing restoring have been low to mid $40's lately.

Re: Wanted Yenko Nova
Hey COPO...quit throwing them numbers around or the prices of parts will go up...
