I think that I seen that Jim at Heartbeat City had a couple the last time I was on his website. Hopefully that helps you out.

Hi Rod, I responded above and to your email this morning that I'll take the rear. I sent another email asking how much to send for shipping Thanks, Mark.

Easy vultures https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif Thanks for the PM's congratulating me on my "score" but it's a '67 dated housing according to the owner. It's going in a driver, so I don't care if it's restamped or not - just a fair deal for a rebuilt Camaro 12 bolt rear https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/beers.gif

A 1967 BE rearend is a 1967 3:08 posi Chevy II application off the Assembly line back then.

Should have mono-leaf spring perches? Nova's didn't get multi's till '68.

I know it is not the rear end he was looking for but it would have been nice if the person posting the wanted ad would have had first shot at the part.

Re: BE rearend

Look at my wanted ad above and you'll see that I responded saying I would take the rear axle after he offered it to me first - this is the same axle that Rod said was a '67 Camaro axle. For the record, I have been working on getting info on this rear end for over a week with Rod via email as he can confirm. I only posted here to make sure that Rod was aware of my PREVIOUS responses and emails before offering it to anyone else after offering it to me. So if you are suggesting that I scooped Kevin, you are incorrect.

Also, for the record, Rick is right about it likely being a Nova rear. I got pics and the casting date this morning and it was cast on Feb 2, 1966.
