We had some house guests this week at our summer home in Kenai, Alaska. HawaiianCamaro, MrT and SeattleSam came up for a few days with their family to enjoy the cooler summer temps. Here's a picture of a 50# King Salmon that MrT's Dad caught this morning.

Okay, Bud...here ya go. HawaiianJeff's mother-in-law went out this afternoon, and they just got back with this 63# AND 55# pair of Kings.
That Fairbanks fire is too far from us to be a factor, thankfully. SS |

Steve here ya go from last night, a few silver bullets, nothing like what you get a shot at up there but nothing like a king ripping line and getting the old clicker singing... took the kids and had a blast, here are a couple pics I wont bore ya with the little Coho's...

Yep those are Dinks, we usually dont get going good until mid July, if the last two days on the water are any indication of whats coming we should have a great season,
yea the kids kinda like me, we have great deal going working from home we are able to get a lot of guy time in chasing Cars, Fish, and the Birds. Uncle Rob was smiling but the goofy delay with the Digital sometimes is a pain. gotta go clean Fish and the Boat see ya later, Bud. |
