I have it from a reliable source that a newborn named BeaumontWillie?? was seen in a 68 Beaumont recently on the way home from a hospital in the Buffalo area. This is great news for a father who happens to be one terrific guy and a true supporter of our hobby. About the only thing negative about all this is the rumor the youngster was wearing a Yankee jersey on the way home [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Thanks for the congratulations,
Will was born about a month premature and had some serious respitory issues. The nurses thought it was kind of funny when I loaded up his crib/bun warmer with a bunch of 1/43 yenko models and yankee dolls. It is amazing how close you can feel to someone 1 day old. It makes all the petty things you normally worry about or let bother you seem so absolutely trivial. With the good grace of god WILL
has fully recovered and has already enjoyed the yankees beating the red sox a ride in a 68 beaumont and the love of three adoring sisters and obviously two blessed parents. Hopefully by next year we'll take him for a ride in the 68 yenko. Thanks, Bill

Congrats to you Bill. Sounds like you're starting Will off on the right track. Our kids are the future of our hobby and it's our job to teach them right. Today little WilL probably became the youngest person in history to get a picture inside an SSR. To the forum member that bought it don't worry he had clean diapers and didn't spit up too much!!!When I get home today it's picture time
