Just wondered abt. the following!

I can see that i am now called NEW, Journeyman!, what or whom changes this from stranger - newbie - journeyman etc?

Is it automatically, or is it someone checking out this stuff??

The sYc High Council meets on the Second Tuesday in the month. I will bring this up at the meeting.
