Maco Wide-Body

Take a look at this for a very unusual mix of a Maco body with the Greenwood wide-body.

Never saw that combo before.
Dave, Do you have the Silva ad that he ran in the magazines?
I came across one and will post if you don't have it.

Re: Maco Wide-Body

Is that actually a Motion car or is it "home grown"?

Tail lights look like they might be off a dodge charger not sure??
I think it worth the asking price of 25,000 dollars

Re: Maco Wide-Body

JoeC, I don't have any of the Maco magazine ads. I have his earlier ads from the '60's (very strange designs for Corvettes) and his brochure for the Maco. I would be very interested in seeing it.

Unknown who the builder of this particular car is. I'm sure the history is available, considering it has only had 2 owners.

Yup...that sure is a lot of man-hours and work into that ride that resulted in a really...umm...unique look. The taillight treatment ended up kind of cool but as for the rest of it, imho, I hope the purchase price includes the rainbow wig and floppy shoes.

Just my $.02
