My '68 Motion was parked next to Kevin's '69 Motion and I had alot of time to look at the car and I was Very IMPRESSED with the Restoration.

Since he debut the car a SCR5, Is this a new restorateion? Was it the same dusk blue car that has been featured in MCR? (Redlines/Americans/stinger hood?) I was trying to find pics that people had submitted thus far of SCR5 to find it but haven't had any luck yet.

It's the same car that was the centerfold in MCR.

Photos of Kevin's blue 69 Motion Camaro are now available on Kevin's (aka "SuperCars") website.

What's really cool is that I also included vintage photos of the same car from 1970-72. You can see for yourselves what a faithful restoration Mr. Gamache performed.

Kevin
Having grown up in the aluminum slots/Cragar era I personally like the aluminum slots better than the 5 spoke Americans but this is my opinion. Am I the only one getting burnt out on the overuse of 5 spoke Americans?

The red/white '71 BM Phase III Camaro I owned also came from Motion w/slots. Later in 1980 it was in Hot Rod w/Cragar SS (which looked great) and then it got corvette ralleys for some reason. My plan was to put the Cragars on it.

Re: Baldwin Motion,COPO Information

I can't figure out why guys want to run stock rally wheels on these B/M cars. The green '69 that was originally in the Chandler collection originally had Ansen slots but Tom Johnson put Ralleys on it. The aftermarket wheels were just one of the mods that made these cars so very special. So many people are afraid to modify their cars for some reason. Like the restore police are going to come and arrest them...

Dave,.....The restore police are going to arrest them.... That is really good. I still can't quit laughing. You have some good input though, I think it is time for me to put some slot mags on a couple of my cars.

Did you recieve the check for the slot mags you have there yet?

Restore Police is that anything like The Dream Police (CheapTrick)

Speaking of wheels I just received a perfect set of Keystone rims that will be going on my 68 RS
