What do we know about that gold '66 GTO? Looks good -

I think the silver '63 GP belongs to a guy from the PY board.

The Can Am is from the Pontiac Transportation Museum. I noticed it was missing from its usual spot when I got there Friday night.

The Can Am really looks good, are there some special features over and above a stock Can Am, Keith?

Keith Seymore 03-04-2026 05:46 PM

No - it's a regular Can Am.

We do have, though, the prototype Can Am. It is in unrestored condition and was shown on the barn finds at MCACN last November.

I believe the Tiger Gold '66 convertible was one of two '66s there (other was a hardtop) recently finished by Scott Tiemann's shop. Photos courtesy of John Schuh Jr - Facebook post.

----This red GTO was another Inline Tube car. You can see there space in the backround. They have had a bunch of posts about the resto on facebook. Can't remember who did the resto, but it was beautiful. I think the guys at I.T. did some of the final assembly, but I'm not sure. Beautiful resto!....Bill S

olredalert 03-05-2026 09:37 PM
