Front Coil Springs F41 paint color from factory?
I got a used pair of correct factory F41 coil springs. These fit 72 Nova SS Model. What color paint was used for these coil springs?

Not sure it helps but these look natural grey.
Note upper ball joint is not painted either. Some overspray on exhaust manifold also. |
Thanks Dave, great vintage picture. Believe 1967 Camaro, i dont see side marker light but could be blocked by the bumper. Anyhow appreciate your help.

Pretty sure Eastwood has a GM gray color for shocks.

Chassis is 67 full size.
Just pointing out the springs look un-painted. |
Ooops, I got off subject your talking about springs not shocks.

Looks like vent windows on the camaro so 67

I soaked mine in Evap-o-rust. Rinsed & let them dry. I went over the dry springs with 0000 steel wool & shot them with satin clear....Joe

A friend of mine recently turned me on to this product from CRC. This has more consistency than Boshield, and appears to offer more long term protection as well. It also is not as cumbersome as RPM. Then you could just leave them bare as originally assembled.
