Does Phil bench test the carbs before sending back?

Yes, Phil has a flow test bench for the carbs before he sends them back.

Yes, and if you pick it up in person, he will bench test while you watch.

I just received my 4053 back for my black RS/Z. It was rebuilt 20 years ago by Phil and performed flawlessly. Just wanted a refresh and as always perfection!!

The Qjet for my Camaro is shipping out to Phil tomorrow.

Just reinstalled and amazingly not one adjustment was required. Even the idle was perfect and it performs flawlessly.

I had Phil do my Smog 3605 Carb for my California sold 66 Corvette . Bolted it on and performed awesome . Minimal tweaking to accommodate the Fla heat .

My restored Qjet arrived back to me today. Almost a shame to cover it up with an air cleaner.

I hate sideways pictures. Rotated them 90 degrees clockwise on my computer, reloaded them in a reply to this thread, and they were STILL sideways :confused2:
