Seat Belt Restoration

I'm looking for someone good to restore a complete set of seat belts for a 1970 Trans Am project I'm working on. I've used Snake Oyl in the past but cant seem to get a response from the by phone or e-mail. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

Seat Sity - Charlie Santorielli. Best in the business for those who can tolerate him!

Thanks guys! Much appreciated. Anyone know what happened to Snake Oyl? I've always had good luck with them in the past.

I just had a set done a few months back. They were prompt and turn around was very fast.
Had not heard anything about them "going away". How long have you been trying to reach them with no call back?
Have a few more sets to do so hoping they are still in the game....

Another vote for Seat Sity

I'll give them a try again. I've always been happy with there services in the past. If I don't hear back from them I'll give one of the others suggested here a try. Thanks for all the suggestions.

We had Snake Oil belts in a former car which the former owner had done... they were not even close to OEM look, feel, or webbing design. Be careful and ensure to ask questions to avoid a similar situation.

I have used Sharon's Web multiple times over the last several years with zero issues. Very fast turn around and ready to bolt in.

Thinking I may give Sharon's Web a try. Thanks for the insight.

Sharon's Web did a beautiful job on my 1970 442 Pace Car seat belts this last year!

I met Sharon and (I'm assuming) her daughter at this year's MCACN show. They seemed very personable and had examples of their work. It looked good and I thought I'd try them for my '67 shoulder belts but have not yet done so.

Rick, did they take care of the stitched on tags as well or did you have to do that?

I took old stiff, dingy, dirty belts, (with good buckles) and cleaned them with CLR. I was planning to re-dye them, but after multiple cleanings, they came out like brand new. Labels were terrible, but I bought repros from Kevin Wright, and sewed them on with my wife's sewing machine.

I missed them, Dam it. So much to look at, at that show. Definitely going to give them a call. Correspondence with Snake Oyl has not gone well and I don't feel that's a good sign.

Seatbelt Sity did an amazing job on my belts. Charlie is a character to say the least. My gold belts were shot, he restored the buckles and redied the tags. He had some NOS gold webbing that matched mine exactly. This guy knows GM seatbelts!
