Haggerty drivers club 1969ss396 300 deluxe post car
 

Theres a decent spread in haggerty’s driver club magazine of a friend’s 69 SS396 300 deluxe post car. Darrin actually owns 2 69 SS 396 post cars. Great guy and loves his 69 chevelles. Both of his cars he restored in his 2 car attached garage! Dam near a perfectionist.

I read that article this morning. I was wondering if it was somebody’s on this site’s car? Love the ladder bar setup.

Darrin is a very private person and does not do the internet thing other then hunting Ebay for NOS 69 chevelle parts!

You have to be a member of Haggerty’s driver club but not sure if you signed up if you could get old copy! Darrin is a perfectionist and his cars are amazing. He completely restored both cars himself with the exception of the paint on that blue car! The blue car he completely restored absolutely by himself in 1 year in his 2 car attached garage!

I better check my mailbox for my copy.

Haggerty also took this picture in downtown Pontiac Michigan just off Woodward!

The black car just needs the B90 trim to make it totally awesome.

Yea I'm not a fan of the B90 trim to flashy for a low dollar muscle car!

I looked at buying a black 69 post sedan Chevelle from Darrin or possibly the previous owner before him several years back, before it was restored.
Someone had painted the frame with a "hammered" style paint.
