Sad day to be sure. What a decent fellow, so proud of his terrific car. He was a wonderful ambassador to this hobby. He will be sorely missed. :flag:

This is heartbreaking to read. His enthusiasm just bled thru in his posts and so many of us had personal contact with him. His story with his car couldn’t have been scripted any better in a Hollywood movie! Thoughts & condolences out to his friends & family.

I hadn’t talked to Roger in over a year or so , but such sad news, what a gentleman, was a true ambassador and the definition of family man.

Really enjoyed the story on his Chevelle and happy for him he was able to buy it back and enjoy it for so many years. RIP and condolences to his family.

This is sad. I met Roger at Chevelle-abration and talked to him many times during the restoration of his 69. I was so happy he brought the Chevelle to our show in Ohio. RIP Roger.
|
Sad to hear this news. We had many great conversations and exchange of ideas while he was building his car, and then following up. He was always trying to make the car a little bit better. Always a gentleman. RIP Roger.
