That's pretty amazing!

An amazing feat, and a passion that cannot be measured. If the owner has in fact past away, it's a great thing that it was finished before hand where he got to enjoy it. A legacy to him in the least.

A shame if this man has passed away but what an accomplishment to have achieved before he was laid to rest!

We all have to go some time. What he left behind was pretty amazing. Everyday I see things that make me disgusted with humanity. Seeing a man like this reminds me what humans are capable of.

As I finish up another car restoration, I am actually considering a 2/3 scale P-51 build, and while it would not be a built from scratch project like the B-17 it would be kind of fun to do and with GM LS power - a total blast to fly
