One that I didn't see is... to make your life much easier install your passenger kick panel prior to the inside heaterbox.
The kick panel may go after however it's a tight fit at best.

I learned the hard way on this one ! I then started putting the kick panels in first even before carpet, just in place and not screwed down.

It's said that a smart man can learn from his own mistakes whereas a wise man learns from the mistakes of others.
Wisdom I lack however after touching a hot stove, I am a quick study.

For my fenders and hood bolts I just cut up some filler spreaders into 1" squares drill hole in the center of the square and put them on the bolt. Once tightened and gaps are good remove one at a time. Filler spreaders are softer than a plastic washer.
