Wow!GLWS Colin! Love to see underwood pics?
|
Has anyone vetted this guy? :hmmm:
 |
Love this car, and optioned with a purpose. Colin...GLWS

Get that non-Ford out of there!!! :-)
Love the car!!! GLWS!!! Ryan W31 If appropriate I would love to see how the restored and un-restored portions of the underside matched up. I can only imagine it is imperceptible as the work done at Tiemann’s is at the highest level. (Just interested, not sure if this is cool on a for sale page?) |

Sorry I'm late to the party- I guess "notify me of replies" doesn't mean what I thought it did ;) Thanks for the comments, even yours Sam!
Ryan all Scotty did underneath was clean, as in scrub with simple green and a brush, and then put his magic OE style asphalt base (as I recall) paint on the frame where needed and gave a very sympathetic/ correct "fluffing" to the rear axle, control arms, and shocks etc as the bare metal stuff had surface rust. The floors are original factory PAINT, no undercoat, no restoration and still shine. Here are some engine compartment pics. Scott did paint the engine and detail it as obviously once they come out of the hot tank there isn't any paint left. OK- selecting "instant email notification" again but just in case my direct email is in the original post above. Thanks! Colin |

A few pics of the floors. And I forgot Scotty found a set of NOS Delco air shocks that were identical to the ones the original owner had installed that no longer held air. So is it now a "Day 2" car? :)

----Love the runs on the floor! What a great Goat!!!!…...Bill S

I remember seeing that hood scoop for the first time when I was nine years old, what an impression it left on me.

Nice car !!

This very special unrestored GTO is still up for adoption. I'll be taking more pics soon and can make a quick video for anybody interested in the car- just send me a note at [email protected] and let me know what you want to see. Or come and check it out in person!
Thanks, Colin |

I think Colin may have sold this. You can check his current inventory:
https://colinsclassicauto.com/vehicle_type/inventory/ Although it does not show on his current but does show on sold inventory, some cars pass back thru his shop later on. Best to reach out to him. [email protected] |
