was bought new at parts counter in 1966 at Chase Chevrolet in Stockton Ca. chase is still in business. i would think its worth the most to a 66 or 67 corvette

drce500 01-11-2020 06:19 PM

its still owned by the original owner who bought it new

Looks to me like he's just asking for opinions on value, which no one has ventured as of yet :dunno:

ID code

Isn't code ID a 66-68 Full size 427/425 with manual trans? And if casting is from a 66, the 66 Full size unless late in the 66 year, but there aren't any 67 L72 cars.

Yes, it is.

Wow it must have been bought DURING the 66 model year production - given that it has an Assembly stamp and not a CE.
