Such a cool collection and the best presentation! Some great stories behind the hunt for various RTS cars, as well.

Don't recall the Cheetah - pretty darn cool, too!

I didn't recall the Cheetah but a friend just told me he bought it last year.

What happened to the Bobby Hull 1971 Hemi Challenger R/T with a sunroof?

Always thought the Zach Reynolds 'Cuda was pretty cool, too (ripe for a dose of Turbonique?!).

Never knew Steven Juliano was in to Shelby Cobras. Always hear about him and his Mopars. He sure had excellent taste and owned some super desirable cars!

'71 Cuda ragtop 440 Six Barrel/column auto/4.10 Dana rear. https://www.mecum.com/lots/SC0519-37...a-convertible/

This was my old car that I sold to Steve Juliano back in 1988. Only 19,000 miles on it at the time.

If anyone has any questions about it, I'd be happy to answer them (It's an amazing car). I also still have the original photo album of the car as found.

Here's a photo of it when I found it in '88 (Other than the wheels I put on it to replace the rusty Cragars)

WOW Steve what a beautiful car!!!
Bet you wish you had kept it?
I love Cudas, especially convertibles and kick myself for not finding a way to get to the MCACN show when they had all the Hemi E body convertibles.
Will be interested to see if it sells and for how much?

Another great addition to an incredible collection!
If there's a better Muscle car collection on the planet I sure don't know about it!

Dave

I'm sure there isn't a musclecar collection as comprehensive.

Any idea what Dana Mecum has in his collection?

No question that Kevin has an incredible group of cars!
Have you ever watched the youtube video when he sold the 71 Hemi Cuda convertible at Mecum for 3.5 million?
He didn't look too happy?

Can they use another unrestored SD455? I haven't regretted selling a car in several years and it's probably about time again. ;-)

If you had gone, you would have seen one of my other great sales follies from back in 1987.

I wonder how fast Kevin's '69 B/M Phase III Nova is? His Yenko Nova has been 10.90's with "slick and a few other were other mods"?

And who's collection would the '69 Camaro ZLX be in now?

That Camaro has been sold 2 or 3 times that I know of. I believe two different folks on this site owned it after Kevin? :)

Steve,

You have owned so REALLY DESIRABLE muscle cars!!!
It must be nice to have the memories of owning such rare muscle cars!
How many Cudas have you owned?
How did you find them back in the day before the www - Hemmings?
Was it known back then how rare they were?
I still remember seeing the Orange on Orange 71 Hemi Cuda at a car show when it was still here in Canada back in the 80's.

If you are trying to compare Kevin's collection to the Brother's collection it won't work. Not knocking Kevin's collection but the Brothers' Collection is probably around 650 cars.
10 Hemi Cuda and Challenger converts.
4 of the 8 69 Trans Am converts
probably close to 50 Hemi cars

Ahh, the good old days: Back then it was just word of mouth but the 71 hemicuda ragtop was in Hemmings in the January 86? issue, I think?

FYI - Legendary Motor Car up here in Canada has the 70 Hemi Cuda Convertible on their site as available for sale if the Brothers want Hemi E body # 11!

Seems a reasonable place for it, Charley - thanks for the update!
