Radio speaker restoration.
Does anyone have a source to restore dash speakers. I purchased what was supposed to be an nos one for my 70 Z project. But the magnet is much larger, and the mounting bracket won’t fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do you get a hold of them? Their phone number is disconnected.
thanks, Mike |
Call Nick at (The Speaker Shop) 330-758-6911. He reconed my dash speaker and it works great.

Dan,
Thank you very much! That phone number works and my speakers are on their way to Florida to get restored by Ron. Thanks again, Mike |
Jackson Speaker Svc has always done good work for me, with amazingly quick turnaround.

Thank you SYC.
I sent my two 1966 Chevelle speakers from Seattle to Fort Meyers Beach, Florida Friday March 1 via Priority Mail to Ron McGee at Jackson Speaker Service. I just received both reconed speakers back today for Ron and they sound great! That is quick turn around! Highly recommended. Ron's phone number (517) 740 0092. Thanks again for everyone's recommendation of this master craftsman. Mike |
Just contacted Ron. I thought it was a business line and was gonna leave a message. It’s his cell! Ended up talking to him for 15 minutes, really nice guy. Packing up my speaker as we speak.

Wow, just got my speaker back from Ron McGee. Fantastic service, looks better than new. He did it while spending his winter in Florida!
