would they be the same as a 1970 Z/28?
Should be a coolant protection decal. Protected up to -20 on the pass. side of the top radiator hold down or bracket and the emissions decal on the driver side.
The coolant sticker only came on export cars to Canada according to crg
so i have seen restored deuces with 2 decal one pass and one driver side
so do i put both on to be correct....or not??? need a deuce guru ...as i am unsure regards chris |

Crg confirms the Camaro only came with the one, are you saying the Nova is different?
If it is not in the assy manual, good chance it did not happen.

I have seen some old Hot Rod articles with pics showing those two decals on the radiator upper cover of Camaros. My 72 Nova is a all original car and has both decals. I don't know what to tell you, maybe some cars came with both decals and some didn't. I have seen my share of Novas over the years that had both decals. Maybe it depended on what part of the country the car was shipped too?? The assy. manual for Novas does show both decals...

I am a never say never guy, thanks

I believe this was taken in late 90’s of my old Deuce (Roof). Marlin knows this shot. Did you take it or did someone else? Note the two stickers on the rad support.
I remember that car!! I sent Chris a pic of both decals on my Nova.
Two decals. Emissions, and coolant.

hi no problems schonye
here is some pics of her un-restored condition.......just trying to round up a few small parts that are not original to the car 98% is original just removing parts carefully cleaning them and them replacing them being extremely cautious not to "over restore" any parts by over cleaning or painting them.........marlin told me to simply clean and leave survivor condition i have edited the original thread so i could add the pictures...did not see how to add them on this one???? thx chris |
