I thought it would be cool to start a Day 2 Part thread, rather than starting a new one for parts it would be cool just to share them in one thread?? just a thought.

Here is my Monday mail call
Gabriel Pro Shocker, 2 sets, One for Chevelle and the other 70-81 Camaro.

A few things that I picked up lately.

Freddie, did you get your intake on the lead I sent you? Or did you find it locally.

I got it at the swap meet at the Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green. I think I got a good price ($240), but when I got it home and cleaned it up I found a long crack and the threads were destroyed in the coolant hole in the front. I welded everything and had it blasted. You can't tell it was damaged now except for a very slight difference in the color of the aluminum. I still need a pair of 600 Holleys and some velocity stacks for it. I bought it for a '67 Chevelle that I was going to build, but now I'm thinking about putting it on my Camaro.

I glade you were able to get if fixed up. I’ve been kicking around buy one. There is still one on CL. I don’t really plan on using it, I have two 600 I can put on to sit on the shelf and look awesome. I went to GM Carlisle, It was the smallest show I’ve ever been to, but found some great stuff. I bought a set of cal customs valve covers and a set of ansen valve covers. I did see Mark Hasset and his 71 BM Camaro. That car is absolutely beautiful.

I've got a set of spacers coming for my Ansen covers so I can get them to fit over my stud girdles. I like those Cal Custom covers too.

Today score a pair of NOS 6.70 x 15 Seiberling, I love using these on 15 x 5 and 15 x 6 rims. I have never had a set of these before I love the little round holes in the side wall. Plus the tire size is marked right on the outer edge of the tread.
I carefully removed the wrapping to clean them up a little. I will re-wrap them.

My new Pos-A-Traction J70-14 NOS. I usually don't do 14" tires but these are cool as hell!
