1968 Camaro Z28 Alternator bracket
 

Looking for NOS or excellent used 1968 Camaro Z28 Alternator bracket(s). I have the front piece but need the 2nd or rear bracket which is usually painted Orange. Will take both.

I've got the original rear but need the front one. If you find an original pair, I'd be interested in purchasing the front one from you.

The NOS front adjusting brace I have is part numbered 3899618 and matches up with my parts catalog revised 7-1-67. "GT" is stamped on the front side but the part number is not.

The GT stamp is correct and I believe the repop should have them as well. Are you willing to sell the NOS front?

Yes the repop is stamped as well, they are pretty good but as with most repop easily distinguishable from OEM.
I need this brace for a car under restoration, so not for sale, although it will be hard to peel off the part number sticker and routing tag.

Good luck with your search, but beware, there is a 409 brace that is also stamped "GT". - Bill W.

I just re-read your post, I see you need the rear, but don't have a spare of that either.
