Great looking engine bay, and I like the 68 rear stripes too.
Charley probably owned this car and can't remember it. :CharleySucks:

Those head restraints were an option in '68. Very cool car indeed.

protree68 06-18-2017 02:19 PM

What a great car did you buy it new

ALLZS 06-18-2017 04:09 PM

No i did not buy it new i have owned it for about 8 years . Its funny i was at a car cruise yesterday and there was 2 guys looking at the engine and said man this cars needs to be detailed or cleaned up . I said i dont think so

Astock 06-18-2017 04:09 PM

The original owner ordered the car with good options, and no power steering...real car guy.
I never cared for a hipo 4sp car with power steering. Always takes away, never adds to the car, in my opinion.
Looks like a good car with low miles.

Tenney 06-18-2017 04:53 PM

Nice car!

68l30 06-18-2017 05:15 PM

Good on you Rich. Really is a great car and looking at that engine bay with the original smog and that breather just screams time capsule. How many miles are on the car?

ban617 06-20-2017 12:40 PM

Very nice looking, what fuel are you running in her ?

mike1971 06-21-2017 01:32 PM

Rich, that is a great car, and remember we Vintage Certified it as Legend in 2009. Glad your still enjoying the car.

Translation... give them five minutes with this car and a rattle-can, and they'll totally mess it up!

The saving grace for the few remaining survivors, these days, is that the flippers typically can't buy them cheap anymore unless they luck into one.

Fantastic car! Thanks for posting the photos.
