Pavilions 10 22 2016
It was a hot day at the Pavilions with temps in the high 90's. I left the house early hoping to beat the heat, but I didn't. At least the Chevelle stayed cool.
Met up with Bruce, Lynn, and Holly. I met some SYC Members, but as I sit here typing, I cannot remember their names. Sorry guys. Also met up with Al, Dennis, Dennis, Bob A, Rich R, Sizzler Wayne, Larry, Mark, Fred M, Fred, Stan H, and a few others. Since it was so hot, it took a while for the lot to fill up. Rick -- thanks for sharing the pics. Don't think I've ever seen an exhaust manifold like on that 57'. Looks somewhat like the split manifold on stovebolts. TAZ

The Yenko.net members that Rick and my family and I met up with were Dan Schutzbank (MosportGreen66) and his uncle who lives out here, and Kendall Tolan (bad1racing) and his wife Donna...who are out here on vacation and were headed to the Grand Canyon!
Word on the street is that Fred Mandrick's blue W30 'vert is headed to MCACN in a few weeks! It was good to see everyone yesterday, especially the "out of towners"...next weekend is supposed to be cooler, so Lynn, Holly and I should be out there with the car [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif[/img] Thanks for the pics, Rick! They came out nice....cell phone cameras are pretty good these days. |
