Don White (GTO DON). 267-246-6903.
I bet he has a couple pair of cheater slicks to go with those parts you need to.

I like where you are going with this Mike. Keep us posted. BTW, would recommend a repro M&H cheater slick from Summit or such. They look period correct (nearly so) and give you the safety of a new tire.

I drew up dimensions for the traction bars. From a set I restored and sold.

Re: Looking for Day 2 Stuff for 69 Z

I have the below Ansen Traction Bars for sale. Rarer than the square tube Lakewood bars and basically identical. Not sure how far apart you want your day-2 addiction to take you but these installed on any Z would be an instant conversation piece.

Let me know if you want more info?

Thanks,
Dan

Found some Cragars. Does anyone know if a 15x7 reversed with a 2 3/4 back space will work on a 69 Camaro?

Thanks for the pic. Looks pretty darn good but I just committed to buying a set of 15x7 with standard offset. I woul still like to find a pair of 15x6 or 15x4 for the front.

IMO 15x7 standard offset just does not look good on a 69. Those big wheelwells need something wider 15x8 standard offset looks better
