Those are 3 killer black Camaro's Steve! I had the pleasure to see in person, the L78 convertible after it was restored, what a dream machine.
Lucky guy and congrats on that article! It's also super cooool to see that many RS/SS silver grills in one place (they only come on <span style="font-style: italic">black</span> cars, and no other color).

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words. I've owned and collected Camaro's since 1977 and this is my first magazine article, and it's on the cover! I haven't received my January MCR yet but look forward to it.... Scotty the photographer/writer, had never shot a cover with more than two cars, so he had to be creative and came up with a unique cover shot.

Well I called Larry the original owner of the RS/COPO today and let him know about the magazine article. He started laughing, and said &quot; I was at the Mechanicsburg Diner having lunch today, and a guy came up to me with the magazine all excited saying you won't believe it but your car is in magazine&quot;. Larry got a real kick out of commotion it created. I promised him a copy when I find another.

The 3 most sought after 69 Camaros, all Tuxedo Black RS models with different variations of the best deluxe interiors, like some muscle car fantasy brainstorm come to life. It's really an amazing feat to find let alone acquire all 3. Its an accomplishment well beyond money, but I will bet that Steve's resolve to remain caretaker is going to be tested by more than one significantly outsized offer for his Terrific Trio following this bit of ink. I'm in awe of that feat of collecting. Do I see a VE3 bumper on each of those too?
We lag behind a little in seeing the latest issue of MCR here in Australia (just got the December issue today) but can't wait to read that story when it turns up.
