Actually Miss Direct Connection still looks like that! I believe her name was Annette. There were some recent photos here somewhere of her. It was at Indy that year if I recall correctly. Here's a couple shots on the track: https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...mopar_nats.jpg https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...par_nats_2.jpg |

Re: 1969 Dodge Daytona Charger 4 speed @ MCACN
We still have the original Washington Plates registered up to 1973. It is documented back to the original owner as well as every subsequent owner including a couple of decades with the Schellinger Family.
It is all original metal other than a correct replacement hood. Very dry and solid car. Mostly original interior and all original drive train. The drive train was recently rebuilt and detailed to Concours condition by Frank Badalson. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...1-dscn5378.jpg https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...2-dscn5384.jpg https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/pics...3-dscn5385.jpg |
