LOADED triple black '65 Chevelle Super Sport
It's missing the dash clock but little else...just a beautiful car.

Gorgeous car and pushes all the buttons. Seems it will be hard to achieve the price the owner wants given that it is originally a 283, PG, green car.

Re: LOADED triple black '65 Chevelle Super Sport
My 65 came with a factory tach and never had a clock, so might not be missing it. Very nice car. I wish it had non-accessory hole heads cause they look so clean. A different set of hub caps- more correct to 1965. All easy changes for the next owner.

They say 12 bolt in the ad but it has a 10 bolt in the restoration photos?

The remote mirror is not correct for a 65 also.

Paul,
Are the Flags/emblems in the right place on the fender? They look off to me but don't know 65 Chevelle's Dave 67 Nova Boy |

Re: LOADED triple black '65 Chevelle Super Sport
Paul,
If you look at your "Body line" and the top of your emblem...it's right on the line as the Black car is a tab below?? Your car looks to be original paint so I'm sure it is factory. Just me guessing Paul. I really like this car weather a clone or not.. PRETTY!! Dave 67 Nova Boy |
Re: LOADED triple black '65 Chevelle Super Sport
I definitely see a body line on the blue car but I don't see it on the black car. Perhaps it's the lighting or the color.

If you look close you can see it on the black car. Can't believe he put 10 bolt on the car and air conditioning with L79 car. Happy Memorial day to everyone.

There is no mention of GM Canada documentation for this car. It would be interesting to see exactly what options it had from the factory. Don't know about Chevelles, but factory a/c wasn't available in Canada for the Chevy II. You could have it dealer installed. As for U.S. built L79 Chevy IIs, factory a/c was an available option and there are several documented cars in the U.S. that have it. I imagine it was the same for L79 Chevelles. Bob |
