I saw this car go for $240,000 at the R&amp;M &quot;Icons of speed &amp; style&quot; auction at the Petersen museum atleast 5 or 6 years ago. It was part of the Ralph Whitworth collection and went to the owner of the Von Dutch clothing line. He said he was going strip the decals and drive it around as just an LS6 car .... Guess with the now defunct clothing line he is trying to capitalize on the history of this car

Bob, we have a tentative list of cars that have been invited. Applications have been received by these owners and cars and are in a holding file until we have a good mix that we can chose from for colors, body styles, etc at which time we will ask for the application fee to be submitted. The T-K Chevelle was one of those applications though I was wrong in stating it was already registered with MCACN. I am hoping we can get the new owner to come.
