First COPO 9561

I was looking at Supercar Registry 1969 Camaro Supercars and notice that the First COPO 9561 is 124379N578203.Its not a Yenko.
And the second is 124379N578693 has Yenko invoice but is not in the Yenko vin list.
What is the last know X66-X22 COPO?
Is it Yenko RG 124379N587086?
Or is it Emmert Chevrolet 124379N591194?

Re: First COPO 9561

Was it that Yenko have to wait for COPO 9737 parts?
That he ordered his 50 COPOs first but the Emmert Chevy got his first becuse that was only a 9561?

I think that I have answred my own question.
But the latest X66-X22 COPO?

Re: First COPO 9561

The explanation that I found why the first 50 got X66 and X22 X codes was that Yenko ordered them before October 68.
And the last X66-X22 COPO is 9N587086.
Seems strange becuse the first ZL1s are X44 and they are produced before.
I got the feeling that im talking to my self

It's O.K. to talk to yourself, but you're not supposed to answer..... at least that's what people tell me. http://www.thirdgen.org/forums/images/smilies/hmmmm.gif

Re: First COPO 9561

Regarding the picture of "Instant Insanity", it appears to have started out as a B/B SS. Has black grill, black tailpanel, hockey stick stripe. First picture looks like SS emblem under Camaro emblem on fender. Cool looking car!

The first COPOs had Black Grill, Black Tailpanel, Hockey Stripe was option, and it dosent looks like SS emblem on the front fender, its looks like the Yenko emblem.

Re: First COPO 9561

Wasn't thinking of a Yenko emblem so that makes more sense......Warren

Garnet Red, Black Top Yenko.
That makes no sense.

Now if you would have told yourself that, then it WOULD be a problem.
