I find it interesting the return line hose on the left of those photos is what they were concerned about that support wire touching when installed incorrectly.Definitely a pinch there.
Of the few I have,I've found an old wire coat hanger makes the best stock for these.

Chris White (LS6 Ragtop on here) remanufactures these as well as the 3969809 fuel line bracket and 3972619 Accelerator bracket and they are all identical to the originals. You might want to check with him.
