Re: 440 6 Pack Challenger.16K Miles.

Love that, thanks for sharing.
Needs day-2 wheels and tires bad, otherwise looks great! |

Barnett, if you check out all of our threads on different brands ( other than Chevy) you will see that some of us embrace and appreciate them all. This car is unique mostly because of the low miles and potential for it to be a survivor. Hi impact color on a killer E body with a Dana behind an automatic doesn't hurt either. It was posted in order to trick all the closet Mopar guys, out into the open, so that they can be banished from this site forever.

Re: 440 6 Pack Challenger.16K Miles.

Here is my 440 SE R/T that has one repaint and original roof.
Figure I rub in some bitter salt to that Chevy Newbies wound. This sYc site is about all the makes not just Chevy. P.S. I do own a nasty Chevrolet but I like every make and that's why I like this Forum. A pure mixed breed for ever I personally know the owner of that Plum Crazy car, and it runs solid. |

Re: 440 6 Pack Challenger.16K Miles.
lol, far from a newbie, no closet for me, sold my 70 plum crazy white int, fully loaded 383 chal rt conv, to madonnas record label mgr, my blue 73 340 chal conv went overseas, my 71 b5 blue white int 4 speed cuda went to galen govier, sold my 70 ta at barrett.
also had a very cool white 1964 dodge polara 2 door h/t with red int, bucket seats, console, floor shift and a 383, had several other mopars too. had a few chevs and fords along the way, rarest chev i had was probably a 65 396 425 hp 4 speed car. got a few fords still. |

Another shot of the back of the car. This was taken at the Land O Lakes Muscle Car Classic.
I'm not 100% sure on original paint. I think so, but will check with Dave. Yes FJ5 w/ a manual. http://i57.tinypic.com/2wn43yv.jpg |

With less than 1,700 total produced, I think any real V-code Challenger is something special. Of course, I realize that now there are a whole lot more out there! Bashton MCACN Managing Member |
Re: 440 6 Pack Challenger.16K Miles.
I think the 6-pack Shaker cars break down to less than 40. I may be mistaken though.

Re: 440 6 Pack Challenger.16K Miles.
Thanks Rick,
I have had it for a while but needed to get the tri power back in order. Pulled the carbs and spent one saturday setting up the carbs properly, and it is dialed now. Just need to make sure I run it often. The 110 leaded doesn't hurt either. Pump gas sucks here, kills our carbs. |
Re: 440 6 Pack Challenger.16K Miles.
Cool car Dana~!

Re: 440 6 Pack Challenger.16K Miles.

Re: 440 6 Pack Challenger.16K Miles.
I am a Chevy guy for sure, but the Plum Crazy, Six Pack, pistol grip did me in. I could take those carbs on and off in my sleep now. Ha
