12' 2" of white string trunk weatherstrip. Enough to do a 67 - 69 "F" body GM car. Weatherstrip is soft an supple, has some wrinkles as seen in pix, but they do smooth out when stretched.

I am blown away.

I am just curious, as I am definitely all out. Once installed, can you tell the difference between this one on the one I bought in 1977? Mine has 8436 embossed on it, along with a couple other very small symbols.

Here is the stright scoop on the white string thing. It has become a cult following thing with some of us. These seals are &quot;NEVER&quot; actually glued in place, and travel from car to car. And this way when you are at cruise night you just reach down and expose your loose end and show off your white string thingie'

And phil, don't beleive Shaun, I only need about a 1/2&quot; for my collection. Shaune and Eddie are saving scraps to glue together for a later ebay sale. [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/biggthumpup.gif[/img]

Well hells bells. Mine isn't glued in either. I am going to drill a 1/16 hole in each end, insert a small piece of white string and then I can show my white string thingie. After all, I saved the white string when I removed the old ws.
