Update for SLS#5 June 21-23 2013
Move in will be Thursday starting at @ 9:00AM. Trailer parking will be provided right next the the "G" building outside gate 1. Credentials will be given out that day. A brief owners meeting will take place @ 7:00PM that day as well. If you are not present for the meeting its no big deal. I will make sure you receive all you credentials..

As in previous years, owners are encouraged to bring along a cooler with water, soft drinks or their favorite adult beverage to be shared with the participants. Anything that you bring will be held for the owners only. Thanks for your support..BKH

No harm, no foul intended. It looks like you have put together a fantastic line up of cars from all manufactures. Buicks were always the "Bastard Stepchild" even back in the day & NEVER got the respect they were due. I surely never did with mine @ Lake Park High School in Medinah Illinois back in 1972. Fast forward 40 odd years and all the magazine articles come out of the wood work of the birth of the "Stage 1 & Stage 2" history. I thought maybe you had found a "Skunk Works" 1968 no body has ever heard of. It's amazing more of the Buicks weren't more popular back in the day. History shows a properly tuned 1970 Stage 1 Buick would beat a Hemi or an LS-6 car in the 1/4 mile and ride and handle a WHOLE lot better! I am sorry if I had offended you. Keep up the great work! Also Saturday night there is sprint car dirt track racing at Lincoln Speedway @ 30 minutes from the fairgrounds. There is a group that go to the event every year. If you have never been to a dirt sprint car race, you really need to check this night out. Plus the famous Lincoln Chicken make the evening perfect. A group of trucks will make the trek starting @ 5/5:30..BKH

Looks like a serious display of old iron. I wish I could attend more shows, looks like this is a consideration for the 2014 short list.

WOW what a terrific event. Just got back-and this Years SLS was one of the best because of the spontaneity--I mean COPO's that you just do not see...a mostly original paint car and a barn found low mile car joined us mid event-one of these cars came from the other show at Fredrick MD and decided to join the SLS display. One more picture. We had a "draw from a hat" for the showroom participants, to see who would bring the SLS #5 banner home, and I was the lucky winner. All the SLS showroom guys signed the banner over the weekend. It's proudly displayed in my shop.
