Now when the week is coming to an end, here is a chance to show everybody how good you are at putting names to faces. Some are easier than others. This was published in 1969 I think, just to help you a little.

I'll assume they're all drag racers? Ongias is best known on the Indy circuit, but he did a fair job in a F/C. But #6 sure looks a lot like Scott Goodyear &amp; #9 might be Don Schumacher.

Nr. 6 drove one of the two Boss 429 Cougars.
Nr. 7 was a Pro Stock guy, and maybe Super Stock before.
Nr. 9 is indeed Don Schumacher.

#6 is Fast Eddie #7 may be Frank Iaconio #8 is Bill Helschier come on you AHRA guys #13 is Dave Boertman. I am not sure about the TF or some of the Funny car guys. Gotta remember there were many more classes back then Top gas, Competition eliminator, street eliminator etc. Is #11 Leroy Goldstein? Give me a hint on #12 what class?

well with that hint COPO I say Ray Hadford of the Hadford and Green C/Dragster! I think a DIV-6 car. Gotta be honest I had to check my library. I was not sure about that answer.

You´ll get one more chance on nr.12 guys. He was NHRA 1969 Division III Competition Eliminator Points Champion. His initials are L.N.

Lou Novotny ran a BB/D. That is really Super Eliminator because of the blower or the fuel I believe but.........
