Re: 1970 Chevelle SS Original/Un-Restored
Nice car - I knew it was Atlanta built when you said the BS was pasted to the door panel. Good luck Jay!

Re: 1970 Chevelle SS Original/Un-Restored
Wow Jay
I always liked your car. Good luck with the sale. I would really love to see photos of your interior and motor. Oops ignore that request, i see you have plenty of photos on that link. I also noticed your car was built one week before mine at the same Atlanta plant as your cowl tag looks exactly like mine but mine has the D instead of the C and 19 B for the color. Cool. Just love those Atlanta build sheets glued on the door panels. |
Re: 1970 Chevelle SS Original/Un-Restored
This is one very nice unrestored Chevelle that can be driven anywhere! Spent quite a few miles riding shotgun with Jay in this car.
I'll post some more photos up. |

Sorry to be picky but I guess someone added those cowl covers at one time.

Re: 1970 Chevelle SS Original/Un-Restored
No need to be sorry about the cowl covers. Put them there for preventive maintenance. Lot of maple trees around here with those helicopter tree seeds falling. Points judge show - They are removed. People's choice show - leave them on.

Jay,
I have always thought of your Chevelle as timeless and classic, Ziebart and all. Hope she finds as good of a caretaker as yourself. Dan |
