11th Annual Rock N Bowl Car Show - Rockford, IL
Saturday 10/8/11
Over 100 hot rod and classic cars on display. Located at Don Carter Lanes, 4007 E State St, Rockford. 10am - 4pm. Event is free to spectators. Dragsters on display and started up at 11am and 2pm. K-9 demonstration at 12:30pm. Awards at 3pm. Food provided by Shooters Bar and Grill. Still time to register your car, call 815-968-0302 |

Yes it does! I bet they have a fabulous turnout, sunny and 80 degrees. So nice today that I decided to take the Chevelle to work today in anticipation of the show tomorrow. See you there. Jake |

Perfect day for a car show, sunny and low 80's - over 200 cars showed up.

Jake.....Back at ya!!......Enjoyed talking to you Mom and Dad about the Old Neighborhood.........Just got home as we decided to drive up to the Dells for dinner......I think every bug along the 360 miles I put on today is splattered on the front end of the 37....what a mess....But....That's why God invented water and towels....

----"Photographer" must have just missed the ear to ear grin that Senior had to have had with that accolade!!! He must have just stubbed his toe or something. Thanks for the pics, Jake. Ill be seeing you guys at MCACN after all. Our trip that Jan arranged without consultation from ME got cancelled. Who wants to see the pyramids when you can see row after row of pure unadulterated HORSEPOWER anyway. Im staying across the street and would love it if you guys were around late enough for dinner one of the nights. Lot of catching up to do......Bill S
