Haven't been on lately, but just wanted to let you all know that this FRIDAY-JUNE 17th will be my Mom's 89th BIRTHDAY! Don't let her know I posted how many years [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/no.gif[/img] Dad's Birthday would have been JUNE 4th. Mom has now chosen to have her 2nd TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY!!! She is scheduled for TUESDAY-JULY 12th at Galesburg, Illinois OSF St.Mary's Hospital. We are now 1st on the cancellation list to have surgery date moved up, so hoping for that. If anyone wants to call her anytime her CELL PHONE# 309-333-4400. My CELL PHONE# 309-221-0544. THANKS to everyone for ALWAYS being so kind to her, and caring. We miss seeing everyone, but hope this surgery will help her to get out and go!!!! n.g.

Update #2 From Nancy:

Dr. just spoke to me. Spinal block did NOT take, so had to put her way under which they try not to do at her age. He said he didn't know how she has survived the pain. There was nothing left of any of the joint. Another hour or two in recovery. THANKS everyone for all of your prayers, well wishes, and positive thoughts. Now my job of rehab and care giver begins. Got to get her ready for our F.G. Memorial Car Show! [img]<<GRAEMLIN_URL>>/smile.gif[/img]
