I'm not selling much these days, but at least I get to spend my days hanging out with some really cool "old guys". A lot of my customers are retirees, mostly from the Big 3. One is a retired FBI agent (just heard a story from him last week about some young punk who made the mistake of thinking he was just some "old guy" https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/haha.gif). They all have great stories to tell and are fun to be around! https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif

My first customer yesterday, one of my regulars, just made my day! He is retired from Chrysler and is also a Vietnam Vet. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/flag.gif He had the BIGGEST smile on his face as I held the door for him (he is still learning how to walk with his prosthetic leg). He bought a couple diecast cars and as usual, impressed me with his knowledge of cars. In our conversation he happened to say (not sure why https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif as I did not say anything that would prompt him to say this) "If I ever found out somebody hurt you, I will take 'em down!...even with one leg!" https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...emlins/eek.gif https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...mlins/grin.gif

That's really sweet Rita! I think a lotta guys here look at you as kinda like a "little sister" and feel the same way! If you ever have any problems in St. Louis also, you just let me know and I'll take care of it.

Love to see a$$holes get their due. This could have ended very badly for that old Marine if that black guy had been carrying a gun, or if anyone who was on the black guy's side on that bus was armed. Fun to watch that d*ck get his a$$ kicked but it's probably best to be more careful, especially on city buses! These types usually travel in packs and when you stand up to defend yourself the others jump you and you're lucky to get out alive. This one ended well, however.

So far; with all of the publicity this video is getting they've done everything but post this guys address and phone number. Like you said; these so called "gangstas" hang out in packs and I doubt he'll take to kindly to the ridicule he's probably getting for having his clock cleaned by some "old white guy".
I hope it ends here but, I wouldn't be surprised if we read that something happened to the old guy; I hope to hell that I'm wrong. We live in a much different day than when I was growing up where, if you got your a$$ handed to you it was over and half the time you became friends with the guys that just beat your a$$.

So true. My first fight we kicked each others *ss and then bacame best freinds. These days, in this type of situation, revenge is used with more than just fist, and the one seeking it. I too hope I am wrong but I would not be surprised to read something bad has happened to this old guy.

amber lamps;

a specially equipped motor vehicle, airplane, ship, etc., for carrying sick or injured people, usually to a hospital

Oh, you leakin'. Call da amber lamps!
