i will visit the USA (CA+AZ) in June 2010.

Jochen, there are shows/meets every weekend year round weather permitting in So Cal. Cars and Coffee in Irvine is every sat, and Supercar Sunday in Woodland Hills are two great one's to go to. Both run from 6 to 10am. There are SYC members at both, although more so at Cars and Coffee IMO.

If you're coming to AZ in June, be prepared to be really warm https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...emlins/eek.gif You should take a day or so to visit the Grand Canyon - a bit cooler up there than in the lower elevations of AZ (unless you decided to make the trek to the bottom of the Canyon). Like Muir Woods, it's something that just has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated.

depending on the amount of time you have in northern Ca,
you might think about.

Lake Tahoe.

Jack London state park is in Glen Ellen. Interesting to
see where he wrote.

The Pt Reyes seashore is right there.

A couple hours south is Laguna Seca Raceway and everything
else the Monterey area has to offer.

I go with a friend to CA. She is in the Army right here and grews up in Huntington Beach, CA and Cornville, AZ. We will visit her family and have some fun.

Jochen when you are in Huntington Beach then go to the doughnut derelicts car show very early on Saturday mornings. The cars and coffee car show is also on Saturday morning in Irvine about 20 minutes south. You can rent high end cars in Newport beach on PCH just south of Huntington Beach. As you get closer to the date you arrive let me know and I can give you directions.

Jochen, I'm with Mark about the Donut Shop in Huntington Beach. I think you will see a bunch of very cool cars there. It will give me an excuse to take the Nova out. Hope to see you there.

We are planning to stay in the Phoenix area (Tucson, Winslow,...) for maybe 10 days or so...

Anyway, now it's for sure.

We start our vacation at June 7th until June 26th.

We plan to make a roundtrip, started in CA. Then we will visit AZ, NV and then back to CA.

Darn jochen I will miss you there. I leave for Las vegas on 22 May. Hang with my Family a few days then go to SO CAL, My Daughter graduates from Cal State Long beach on 27 May. I will be there for that, for sure. I need to see what my 4 years of sending money went to.

Jochen, I hope you will have time to visit the Peterson Automotive Museum in dowtown LA. You would enjoy it.

That's a really funny story. Because i saw your classified here where you selling the pair of Camaros. I was watching your website and i really love your 1968 Camaro in white as well as the 1972 Duster in orange/charcoal.

I showed Jessica these vehicles and she said "oh that's funny - my dad lives in the Highland, so we can visit the Company and you can watch the cars in person!"
