1969 L78 Chevelle 4 speed Day Two
No pics Yet, but here it the info:
This is a very original Day Two Type of car. Vintage Hooker Headers with Thrush Mufflers. SS Cragars Holley Carb Ladder Bars Air Shocks The Original Born with Engine has never been out of the car. Approx 74,000 documented Miles. The second owner purchased the car in 1974 and just sold it a few years ago. This is a true three owner Chevelle. L78 M21 4 speed. 3.55 posi Tach and Gage Package Protecto Plate Two Build Sheets Fathom Green, Parchment Buckets and originally a White side Stripe. Original Sheet Metal. The rear 1/4s were rolled a bit for the L60s. This is a very solid and dry car with one repaint from way back. It is presentable and drivable as is. It is almost a shame to restore it, as it is that original. (Door Jambs and underside of the trunk are original paint ) It will get as much, if not more attention than a restored one! Original Carb and exhaust manifolds are in the trunk. No Smog. Runs and drives great! $38,000.00 pre-shop price advertised only on Yenko.net for paid members only. |

Nice..and a typical Framingham car to boot.

Re: 1969 L78 Chevelle 4 speed Day Two
Very cool car. Too bad that dealership is no longer in Allentown. It would be neat to try and re-unite the original salesman with the car. Love the color combo and day two look.

Re: 1969 L78 Chevelle 4 speed Day Two
Stefano that is really a neat Chevelle. Seems they all looked that way until the resto craze hit in the late 80s!

Re: 1969 L78 Chevelle 4 speed Day Two
I think that is a pretty cool car. I could get a lot of use out of it and I wouldn't touch a thing. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...iggthumpup.gif

Re: 1969 L78 Chevelle 4 speed Day Two
That is what I thought?? Any offers before we start to clean it up??
I've looked around and there are only a few 4 speeds with docs and their original engines, sheet metal, available for sale. Muscle cars like this are not easy to find. |
