Definitely a different Camaro in that pic w the chrome front bumper. Look at the A-pillars and you can see the body color instead of the trim on the far outside edges.

Agreed, no idea if it's real or not, but it's sweet, not to mention the hottie in the pics.....

------And as a sidebar in relation to the tach, I think we probably can all agree that the car started life as a small block. There wouldnt really be much reason to change the heater box out to a small block style for any reason that I can think of.......Bill S

Comparing my photos (see car poster above) to the current ebay ad it looks like in 2006 the 3rd owners name was Robert Johnson of Mesa, AZ. Robert Anthony Wallace of Munds Park, AZ who has the current ebay ad states he had bought the car from the original owner and it has been in his collection for 4 years ("I Robert A. Wallace, Knowing the history of the Camaro, I bought it and picked it up in Alabama from the original owner, Mr. Bianchi"). Maybe he sold it to Robert Johnson and bought it back from him, but he makes it sounds like there have only ever been TWO owners.

I spoke to ohhmy (Stan) a couple months ago about this car and he had not learned anything new, but was still looking. I will touch base with him and see what is up.

This Camaro was sent to the Nickey Registry, here in Chicago's Burbs, for inspection and/or possible certification, a few years ago.

Don Swiatek and the Team, inspected the car and the docs presented to us, at that time.

We were not able to include this Camaro, in the Registry on any level, based on that which was provided to us.

the car started as a small block after it was delivered to Nickey they put in the 427 No need to change the heater. That is the way Nickey did it. Why should I change it??? Yes It is my car!!!

This is Robert Johnson of Mesa and yes I own the car!!! This is a statement from Wallace. When the Car was for sale from Wallace Stan tried to buy the car from Him, but I paid more. Stan only called me once. And never looked at all the papers!!!!

What papers are you referring to, and, how much do you want for your car? Robert--It's me Stan. You and I both know how much time and research work I put into this car. You and I have spoken numerous times and I have shared all the information I have on your car with you. I have come to the conclusion that NICB reports don't exist and belong in the same sentence with Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster and unicorns. It'd be nice if they were true, but it's not. Everyone that says they can do one, CAN'T.

Be advised that the NICB will not prove the car was converted, but only which dealership it was delivered to. It would be nice to know if it were delivered to Nickey though.
